Lovelies, I find that when working with the darker shadows especially those that are intensely pigmented, there is usually a lot of fall out so I always try to make sure I leave the base until after the eyes and brows are done.
Apply your eye makeup first and then go in and wipe away any excess fall out from dark shadows, pigments and even glitter on the cheeks before working on perfecting the skin.
Another way to pick up pesky fall out is to use surgical tape or even ordinary tape which will catch all the product and lift it clean off of the skin.
Another way is to use Shadow Shields which are like cotton paper pads that can be attached from one end after peeling off the backing. I brought a box from IMATS last year & they proved so handy but if you want to save then holding a tissue under the eyes will work similarly as well.
Now Autumn is here, the smokey looks will be back in once again and trending throughout the next few months so I hope this helps.
